If you've tried to resolve the issue, or something serious has happened that you think we should know about, then in the first instance you can chat with us in person so we can get a good understanding of the issues. This can be done by booking a meeting with one of our Societies Team (Pat or Hannah), or coming into the Students' Union during one of our drop-in sessions (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 14:00-16:00).


During the meeting, you will need to give us information and facts about what has happened and also the names of the parties involved. 

We can discuss this confidentially at first (dependent on the circumstances of the complaint but we'll always let you know before speaking to other parties).


We always try to resolve issues amicably and will be happy to mediate before going down the route of making a formal complaint. More information about formal complaints can be found here.
