If, for whatever reason, the T: Drive is missing on either computer, follow these steps to make it reappear: 


  1. Click the little Windows symbol in the bottom left of the screen to open the menu. 
  2. Right click on Computer
  3. Select Map Network Drive
  4. Set it to the following settings:
        Drive: (dropdown and select) T:
        Folder: (dropdown and select) \\lancs\depts\other
        Ensure that Reconnect at login is not selected
        Ensure that Connect using different credentials is selected
  5. Click Finish
  6. Login with your personal university username and password


If you are still unable to log in, you may not have been given access to the T: Drive, in which case, you should let Paul Everill know so that he can make sure that you have access to it.
