Use this link to complete a vehicle hire request form

If your request is for a minibus then there may be one of the on campus buses available for a nominal charge. If there isn't or your request is for a van or car then you will be informed by email and advised on how to book. The students' union use two companies: 

Enterprise Car Hire

Any bookings through this company have to go through the students' union and payment will be made by your group before bookings are made

Marshalls Self Drive

This company supply vans or minibuses and they will only accept a groups booking if they are in possession of the details for the drivers registered with the students' union
