The Students’ Union encourages clubs and societies to issue invoices via Finance Department to track and chase payment on your behalf. 

Please contact lusufinance@lancaster.ac.uk for an invoice to be created. 

Sponsorships require invoices as we need the invoice number to track monies. Please do not create your own invoices to send out to companies, as this can cause disruption in monies being allocated to account.
