How do I submit the team-sheet result?

All results for BUCS fixtures needs to be submitted through the BUCS Play app. For more information about using BUCS Play, take a look here!

When do I need to submit my team-sheet by?

If your fixture takes place on a Wednesday, then you need to make sure that results are submitted by 11am the following day (Thursday). If your fixture is taking place on a weekend, then the results need to be submitted by 11am the following Monday. Failure to do so will result in a fine being given to the club.

I'm at an away fixture and I can't get BUCS Play to work. What do I do?

There may be occasions where it is impossible to use BUCS Play at your fixture, e.g. if there is no WiFi access. We always suggest that teams take a paper team sheet to their fixtures in case this situation arises. That way, you can have your team-sheet and score approved by the opposition, before then uploading the details to BUCS Play once you are able to. For more information about this, head to the BUCS Regulations regarding Team Selection and Team Sheets.

If for whatever reason you are then still unable to upload to BUCS Play, simply drop your paper team sheet off at the Sports Desk in the Student's Union/email across a clear picture to su.activities@lancaster.ac.uk before the deadline.

Where can I find paper team-sheets?

1) Pop into the students' union and ask at the activities desk for some print outs.

2) Download, save and print the team-sheet at the bottom of this page.
