Each club/society should already have a website allocated which is linked off the students' union site. To edit your page you must have completed data protection training, once this is complete you then need to email help@lancastersu.co.uk to be granted administrator permissions to the page.
Once you have been granted permissions you need to login to https://lancastersu.co.uk/ with your username and password.
Once on the page you then need to click on your name in the right corner and then select 'your dashboard' where you will be able to see your group's information.
To edit your website select 'set up' and then 'edit' to which then you will be presented your group's page.

As a society exec you are responsible for managing your society's page on our website. You can edit this page to share all the relevant information of your society, create membership types for your new members to join, organise events and sell tickets online.
In order to be able to edit your site, you need to become an administrator on Union Cloud to have full access to the page. To become an administrator you need to complete the Data Protection training, which you can find more information about here.
To access your group's page, please go to our website https://lancastersu.co.uk/ and click sign in (top right corner of the page). Once you have signed in, you can click on the 'Dashboard' which will appear right under your name in the top right corner of the website (where you signed in).
Struggling to Access Grou
Most of the time, it's really easy to resolve this issue, and the solution below is often the most common reason why you are unable to see your group dashboard:
First of all, you'll need to join your group!
Ensure you are listed as a Committee/Exec member on Union Cloud.
Here is a link to the instructions for editing your Committee/Exec on Union Cloud:
In order to create Exec/Committee members, you need at least one group Administrator who has completed Data protection training. Once this has been completed, then please submit a new support ticket to tell us you have completed the training. Please ensure you give us your full name, the group you wish to be an Administrator of and a screenshot of your results.
If you've followed these steps, and are still having problems, submit a new support ticket (the top right-hand corner of this page), including information about the group you're working with.
If you have any technical issues or questions about the process, you can contact us on help@lancastersu.co.uk email address.
