Club and society executive members must complete Data Protection training in order to be be made a group administrator on the Unioncloud system.

To do this there are two steps you must take:

Step 1:

  • If you have not completed the training, you can do so on the University Website.  At the end of training you will need to complete the test and score 80% or more.

Step 2:

  • Please email us at, with the screenshot of the completed test, your email, name and information about the society you want to be admin of, and we will get you added.

The screenshot that you send us should look similar to this:

Please make sure that your name is visible in the top right hand corner of the screen. This allows us to confirm that it is you who has completed the test. If we cannot see the name, you will be asked to send a new photo with this information included.
